We want you to love your new workspace, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all Desky ergonomic furniture and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your setup, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Desky account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Disassemble your furniture and place all components into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected from damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of each box being returned.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
